ENTRY FEE FOR ONLINE (IN ABSENTIA) PARTICIPATION:

a) for members of the Eurasian Art Union: 17 euros or 990 rubles (pay)
b) for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union: 22 euros or 1290 rubles (pay)

ENTRY FEE FOR OFFLINE (IN PERSON) PARTICIPATION:

Participation fee for members of the Eurasian Art Union (www.eurasianartunion.com) 
 
The size of the work is up to 50 cm on the larger side: 17 euros or 990 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 51 to 80 cm on the larger side: 20 euros or 1190 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 81 to 120 cm on the larger side: 25 euros or 1490 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 121 to 180 cm on the larger side: 30 euros or 1790 rubles (pay)
 
Participation fee for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union (вступить в союз и платить меньше) 
 
The size of the work is up to 50 cm on the larger side: 1190 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 51 to 80 cm on the larger side: 1490 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 81 to 120 cm on the larger side: 1790 rubles (pay)

EXTRA PAYMENT FOR PRINTING IN THE ORIGINAL SIZE (no more than A0):

1) For absentee participants: Printing on paper (including transportation to the exhibition):
- printing on A3 paper (29.5 * 42 cm), exposition on paper in an art book (free of charge)
- printing on A3 paper and framing 50*40 cm (+550 rubles) (pay)

 
2) For absentee participants: Printing on foam board, including transportation to the exhibition):
- printing on A3 foam board (+730 rubles) (pay)
- printing on A2 foam board (+990 rubles) (pay)
- printing on A1 foam board (1580 rubles) (pay)
- printing on A0 foam board (2890 rubles) (pay)



Storage fee:

At the end of the exhibition, full-time art objects can be stored in the organizing committee for up to 1 week free of charge. In case of storage for more than 1 week - surcharge in the amount of 150 rubles / per week.

Note:
If you are not a member of the Eurasian Art Union, then it is possible to join the EXC before the start of registration and, after confirmation of membership (about 3 working days), pay the registration fee for the category "member or candidate member of the EXC".
